20 Days Left, 20 Questions Left to be Answered

With the elections just 20 days from today, a slew of questions remain. Questions that the American votes owe to themselves and their fellow citizens to consider before voting for the next President of the United States of America.

One question per day will be posted. And comments are strongly encouraged.

But in commenting, please try to set aside any pre-existing perceptions or beliefs. Please consider each question not as a Democrat, Republican or Independent - but as an American citizen whose forefathers (and mothers) fought to ensure you the right - the civic duty - to choose freely who will represent you as President and in Congress.

In the interest of full disclosure, I am a moderate Republican. I have my views of this election, and I cannot promise that those views won't be reflected, even advocated, on this blog. Regardless, I do believe that an honest deliberation and respectful discourse about the questions that face us in this election are critical.

It's been a long campaign. But in the final 20 days, we should summon our will and focus our attention to honestly assess the choices before us and make informed decisions before casting a vote that may echo with serious repercussions for generations to come.

If you have general comments or suggestions for this blog, please share comments under this post, or send an email to election20questions@gmail.com.

Thank you for reading and for your thoughtful consideration of the issues inherent to the election ahead.

  1. I do not think Obama should be able to buy Prime Time, since he broke his word to not accept public financing. I won't be listening to a word he says, all lies. Biden and Obama talk about fair, they are as unfair as it gets, and lie worse than any candidates ever to seek office. I have no use for people of that low degree and their pals are the lowest of the low. Plus Obama & Biden are big cry babies. So McCain should be able to buy Prime Time with any donation he gets. Of course the lousy media doesn't give a damn about America or they would have been fair as well. The bias media is evil and is trying to destroy our country's good name. Instead the media's reputation is of no good ever, again. They have gotten in bed with the enemy and broken trust with the American people. Their pay day is here and they will be eating those nasty stinking words, like NYT is down the toilet. The truth is coming out. You bet, YA!
Because of all the greed, lies, and down right hateful bias attitude, McCain/Palin will win. God is not pleased. Either that, or everyone involved with the dirty under handed deals will turn into a pillar of salt.
